In core polymer manufacturing processes including extrusion, spinning and polymer synthesis, melt operating environments ranging from 200℃ to 400℃ have long been a major bottleneck for industrial pressure measurement. 膜片形变会同步改变设备内部应变电阻的阻值,内置高精度电路可实时捕捉阻值变化,通过惠斯通电桥精准换算出真实压力数值,最终输出4–20mA、0–10V、mV/V等工业通用标准信号,实现熔体压力的可视化、智能化精准测控。
Many think melt sensor technology works in a complicated way, but its core principle is easy to understand. During production, pressure from melt acts directly on the front sensing diaphragm of the sensor, causing tiny deformation proportional to the pressure.
Such deformation changes the resistance of internal strain gauges. The built-in high-precision circuit captures resistance variations in real time, calculates the actual pressure via Wheatstone bridge, and outputs standard industrial signals like 4–20mA, 0–10V and mV/V to realize visual, intelligent and precise melt pressure measurement and control
惠斯通电桥核心工作逻辑/Working Logic of the Wheatstone Bridge
电桥由四组精密应变电阻构成闭环回路,包含一组压力敏感电阻与三组固定基准电阻。无压力作用时,回路电流保持平衡状态;当熔体压力引发膜片形变、改变电阻阻值后,电桥平衡状态被打破,输出精准差值电压,再经过电路放大、换算,即可得出精准的熔体压力数据。
The bridge forms a closed loop with four precision strain resistors: one pressure-sensitive resistor and three fixed reference resistors. The loop remains current-balanced under no pressure. Once melt pressure deforms the diaphragm and alters resistance values, the bridge balance breaks to output an accurate differential voltage, which is then amplified and converted by circuits to obtain precise melt pressure data.

Mercury-free liquid multi-alloy serves as the pressure transmission medium to accurately transfer actual melt pressure. Its low thermal expansion property avoids common drawbacks of traditional silicone oil such as high-temperature volatilization and carbonization, as well as heavy metal pollution caused by mercury medium.
With this technology, the device works stably under long-term working conditions up to 300℃ with reliable signal output, delivering a measurement accuracy of ±0.5% FSO. Equipped with a dedicated intelligent compensation circuit to further restrain temperature drift, it meets precise melt measurement and control requirements in extrusion, rubber, aramid and other industries for long-term continuous production.

Equipped with built-in temperature sensors and an embedded intelligent computing chip, it adopts a full-range calibration database covering multiple temperatures and pressure points as well as self-developed AI decoupling algorithm to identify the coupled zero and sensitivity temperature drift caused by core strain resistors, NTX multi-alloy filling medium and metal diaphragms, and dynamically correct output signals automatically.
Unlike traditional single hardware static compensation that only offsets measurement deviation within a narrow range, this technology dynamically suppresses temperature drift across a wide temperature range. Abandoning filling media like silicone oil and NTX liquid alloy, the integrated metal elastic force-transmitting structure enables direct pressure transfer, fundamentally eliminating hidden troubles such as medium leakage, high-temperature carbonization and thermal expansion drift.
Melt pressure is rigidly transmitted through the Hastelloy diaphragm directly to the Wheatstone bridge of the sensing core, featuring no medium loss and faster pressure response. 食品、医药行业中介质严禁与原料直接接触的高洁净生产工况,优先选用搭载 NFM 无介质传导技术的 GEMP 系列,从根源规避介质渗漏、物料交叉污染的隐患。
易燃易爆化工车间,建议选用具备正规防爆认证的 GMX、GAIMX 防爆系列产品,依托 NTX 环保合金填充技术搭配 AI 智能温度补偿技术,可满足高危防爆类生产环境的使用要求。
For mass production of general rubber and plastics, conventional food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, lithium battery separators, aramid fibers, optical films and other common working conditions, series products equipped with NTX multi-alloy filling technology (GINS, GMP, GHP, GCM, GMC, etc.) are applicable. Their filling medium complies with food-grade standards and fits most conventional production scenarios.
For high-cleanliness production conditions in the food and pharmaceutical industries where direct contact between the medium and raw materials is prohibited, the GEMP series adopting NFM medium-free conduction technology is the preferred choice, fundamentally eliminating risks of medium leakage and cross-contamination of materials.
For flammable and explosive chemical workshops, GMX and GAIMX explosion-proof series with official explosion-proof certifications are recommended. 2.按介质温度与精度要求选型/Model Selection Based on Medium Temperature and Accuracy Requirements
300℃ 以内常规工况:可选用全系 NTX 介质填充类传感器机型,适配橡塑、食品、医药、化纤等绝大多数常规中低温生产场景,性能稳定、通用性强。
300℃~400℃ 高温、高洁净工况:优先选用 GEMP 无介质系列产品。采用 NFM 无介质传导结构,可长期耐受 400℃ 高温工况,从源头杜绝介质碳化、渗漏、污染问题,适配各类高温洁净生产工艺。
针对对测量稳定性、精度要求高、受温度波动影响敏感的生产场景,优先推荐搭载 AI 智能化零温漂技术的 GAIM、GAIMX 智能系列,采用专业温度补偿技术,在 350℃高温环境下完成零点漂移补偿,探头在高温工作时可实现趋近于零的温漂表现,大幅提升整机测量精度与稳定性。
Conventional working conditions below 300°C: All NTX medium-filled sensor models are available, widely applied in most medium and low-temperature production scenarios such as rubber & plastics, food, pharmaceuticals and chemical fibers with stable performance and strong versatility.
High-temperature and high-cleanliness working conditions ranging from 300°C to 400°C: The GEMP medium-free series is preferred. Adopting the NFM medium-free conduction structure, it can withstand long-term working temperature up to 400°C, fundamentally avoiding medium carbonization, leakage and contamination, suitable for various high-temperature clean production processes.

挤出机模头通用安装场景:优先推荐选用 1/2"UNF 标准螺纹系列,同时可提供 M18、M14 等多种螺纹规格可选;
大容积反应釜、大流量熔体输送管道:选用 GM、GMX 法兰安装系列;
安装空间狭小、需要裸露式结构适配特殊工况环境:优先选用带特殊裸露设计的 GMC 系列;
防爆生产车间:建议选用具备防爆认证的 GMX、GAIMX 系列机型;其中法兰式大管径防爆场景推荐 GMX,高精度螺纹防爆场景推荐 GAIMX。
General installation for extruder dies: The 1/2" UNF standard thread series is recommended, with optional thread specifications including M18, M14 and others.
Large-volume reaction kettles and high-flow melt conveying pipelines: GM and GMX flange-mounted series are adopted.
Limited installation space and special working conditions requiring exposed structure: The GMC series with dedicated exposed design is preferred.
Explosion-proof workshops: GMX and GAIMX series with explosion-proof certifications are recommended. GMX is suitable for flange-mounted large-caliber explosion-proof scenarios, while GAIMX applies to high-precision threaded explosion-proof occasions.
