格拉夫(嘉兴)仪器仪表有限公司《简称GRAEFF(格拉夫)》及GRAEFF(格拉夫)总裁吴浩博士参与起草的中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 47234-2026《测控装备智能化通用技术要求》中华人民共和国国家标准由国家市场监督管理总局国家标准化管理委员会2026227日发布,202691日实施。

GRAEFF (Jiaxing) Instruments Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as GRAEFF) and Dr. Wu Hao, President of GRAEFF, have participated in the drafting of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 47234-2026 General Technical Requirements for Measurement and Control Equipment Intellectualization.This national standard was issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and Standardization Administration of China on February 27, 2026, and will be implemented on September 1, 2026.

关于吴浩博士/About Dr. Wu Hao

吴浩博士,1983 年出生,湖南省岳阳市湘阴人,现任皓格集团总裁、GRAEFF(格拉夫)全球总裁,高级工程师、压力计量专家,上海市领军后备人才、上海市松江区首席技师、第七届湖南省岳阳市政协委员、湖南省青年联合会第十届委员会委员、WTO/TBT评审专家、全国压力计量技术委员会委员、上海市计量测试学会在线测试专业委员会主任委员。

Dr. Wu Hao, born in 1983 in Xiangyin County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, currently serves as President of Hogo Group and Global President of GRAEFF. As a Senior Engineer and expert in pressure metrology, he is recognized as a reserve leading talent in Shanghai and a Chief Technician of Songjiang District, Shanghai. His social appointments include Member of the 7th CPPCC Yueyang Municipal Committee of Hunan Province, Member of the 10th Committee of the Hunan Youth Federation, WTO/TBT Review Expert, Member of the National Pressure Metrology Technical Committee, and Chairman of the On-site Testing Professional Committee of the Shanghai Metrology & Testing Society.

工作经历/Professional Experience

1999 年,16 岁辍学从业,正式进入传感器行业,从生产一线深耕起步;

2002 年,19 岁荣获上海市杨浦区总工会 “优秀员工” 称号;

2004 年,21 岁主导中美跨国公司并购;

2006 年,23 岁创立上海皓鹰测控技术有限公司;

2011 年,28 岁时上海皓鹰被全球 500 强美国 Roper 集团收购,返聘担任旗下 Dynisco 中国公司总裁,一手创建 Dynisco 中国工厂,被誉为“熔体压力传感器创新模式和 Dynisco ECHO 之父”;

2014 年,31 岁整合多方资源,创立皓格集团并担任总裁,业务覆盖传感器、物联网、影视、科技、文化传媒、互联网、餐饮、农业、天使投资等领域;

2020 年,创建 GRAEFF(格拉夫)中国公司,任中国区总裁,推动 GRAEFF 中国工厂成立;

2023 年,出任 GRAEFF(格拉夫)亚太区总裁,兼任中国区总裁,在上海建立亚太总部,以中国为中心辐射亚太市场;

2024 年,主导皓格集团全资收购英国 GRAEFF 公司,出任GRAEFF(格拉夫)全球总裁,整合百年技术积累,强化全球市场布局。

1999: At the age of 16, he left school early to start his career and officially entered the sensor industry, beginning with frontline production work.

2002: At the age of 19, he was awarded the title of Outstanding Employeeby the Yangpu District Federation of Trade Unions, Shanghai.

2004: At the age of 21, he led the cross-border merger and acquisition between Chinese and American companies.

2006: At the age of 23, he founded Shanghai Haoying Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd.

2011: At the age of 28, Shanghai Haoying was acquired by Roper Corporation, USA (a Fortune Global 500 company). He was re-employed as President of Dynisco China, and personally founded the Dynisco China factory. He is hailed as the Father of the Melt Pressure Sensor Innovation Model and Dynisco ECHO.

2014: At the age of 31, he integrated various resources and founded Haoge Group, serving as President. The Groups business covers sensors, Internet of Things, film and television, technology, culture and media, Internet, catering, agriculture, angel investment and other fields.

2020: He founded GRAEFF China and served as President of China Region, promoting the establishment of GRAEFF China factory.

2023: He was appointed President of GRAEFF Asia Pacific Region, concurrently President of China Region, established the Asia Pacific headquarters in Shanghai, covering the Asia-Pacific market with China as the center.

2024: He led Haoge Group to fully acquire the British company GRAEFF, and became Global President of GRAEFF, integrating a century of technological accumulation and strengthening the global market layout.

作为传感器行业的传奇领军者,吴浩博士是身兼高工、产业教授的“工匠型” 企业家与技术专家,深耕行业数十年,兼具企业掌舵者与技术实践者双重身份。

带领团队研发国内首款无汞填充环保型高温熔体压力传感器,打破国际垄断,解决汞污染隐患与安全风险,疫情期间助力熔喷布生产与环保口罩核心材料供应;

研发全球首款 AI 智能型高温熔体压力传感器,集成人工智能算法,大幅提升测量精度与稳定性,推动行业智能化升级;

攻克高温熔盐传储热系统压力测量技术,填补国内空白,相关成果荣获第六届中国(上海)发明创新展览会银奖、第三十四届上海市优秀发明选拔赛铜奖;

带领团队拥有近 200 项传感器相关国家专利,覆盖结构设计、智能算法、环保材料等核心领域;

参与起草《测控装备智能化通用技术要求》《压力传感器》《压阻式压力传感器》《压力变送器》等多项国家标准及检定规程,参与审定数百项国家及行业标准与检定规程,为行业规范发展、质量提升与技术创新筑牢基础。

GRAEFF(格拉夫)为核心平台,吴浩博士推动传感器与物联网深度融合,开发智慧消防、智慧农业、智慧环卫等解决方案,助力城市数字化转型;创新技术广泛应用于塑料、化纤、橡胶、石油化工、新能源等工业领域,显著提升中国传感器企业的国际竞争力。

学术上,出版专著 《智能压力传感器:理论与前沿实践》,系统梳理基础理论、核心技术与未来趋势,被誉为智能传感领域 “干货宝典”,为行业提供重要理论指导与实践参考。

As a legendary leader in the sensor industry, Dr. Wu Hao is an artisan-style entrepreneur and technical expert who also serves as a senior engineer and industrial professor. With decades of deep cultivation in the industry, he serves as both an enterprise leader and a technical practitioner.

He led his team to develop Chinas first mercury-free, eco-friendly high-temperature melt pressure sensor, breaking international monopolies, eliminating hidden dangers of mercury pollution and safety risks, and supporting the production of melt-blown fabrics and the supply of core materials for eco-friendly masks during the pandemic.

He developed the worlds first AI intelligent high-temperature melt pressure sensor, integrating artificial intelligence algorithms to greatly improve measurement accuracy and stability, and driving the intelligent upgrading of the industry.

He conquered the pressure measurement technology for high-temperature molten salt heat storage and transfer systems, filling a domestic gap. Related achievements won the Silver Award at the 6th China (Shanghai) Invention and Innovation Exhibition and the Bronze Award at the 34th Shanghai Excellent Invention Selection Competition.

He leads a team with nearly 200 national patents related to sensors, covering core fields such as structural design, intelligent algorithms, and environmentally friendly materials.

Participated in drafting multiple national standards and verification regulations including General Technical Requirements for Intelligent Measurement and Control Equipment, Pressure Sensors, Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors, and Pressure Transmitters. Also engaged in the review and validation of hundreds of national and industrial standards as well as verification procedures, laying a solid foundation for standardized industry development, quality improvement, and technological innovation.

With GRAEFF as the core platform, Dr. Wu Hao promotes the in-depth integration of sensors and the Internet of Things, develops solutions for smart fire protection, smart agriculture, smart sanitation and other fields, and supports urban digital transformation. His innovative technologies are widely used in plastics, chemical fiber, rubber, petrochemical, new energy and other industrial fields, significantly enhancing the international competitiveness of Chinese sensor enterprises.

In academia, he published the monograph Intelligent Pressure Sensors: Theory and Cutting-Edge Practices, which systematically sorts out basic theories, core technologies and future trends. It is known as a practical guidein the field of intelligent sensing, providing important theoretical guidance and practical references for industry practitioners.
